We’re looking for a senior Integration Director to lead a high profile transition and integration programme end-to-end. You’ll set the integration approach, run executive governance, keep the programme on track, and be the senior point of contact across workstreams and an external vendor/counterparty
What You’ll do
- Own the integration strategy, operating model and delivery plan (scope, timeline, budget, quality, readiness, benefits)
- Lead governance and decision-making: steering forums, escalations, trade-offs and recovery actions
- Keep tight control of the integrated master plan, dependencies, RAID, cutover approach and readiness
- Drive benefits/value tracking with Finance and business owners; step in early when value is at risk
- Align senior stakeholders internally and externally; resolve cross-organisation issues fast
- Maintain strong risk/assurance discipline (privacy, data, compliance expectations) with audit-ready outputs
- Lead the PMO function (via PMO Lead) as the single source of truth for reporting and programme control
What we’re looking for
- Proven senior leadership experience delivering complex integration/transition programmes (M&A, carve-out, major transformation)
- Strong executive governance capability, clear options, crisp recommendations, decisive escalation
- Comfortable leading in ambiguity and a matrix environment, with pace and discipline
- Solid vendor/commercial management and escalation experience
- Strong risk, compliance, privacy/data awareness and assurance mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
