About the Opportunity
A specialist New Zealand organisation that plays an important role in supporting trust, transparency, and consistency across the financial and corporate landscape.
You will support the team by taking Word based standards, formatting them for online publication, uploading them into the organisation’s standards repository, then checking the HTML output and adjusting so everything aligns with the original document.
This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys focused, detail heavy work and can move through tasks efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Bring
  • Strong Microsoft Word formatting skills, including styles, headings, tables and clean layouts
  • Confidence working with HTML output, and spotting and fixing formatting issues for web publishing
  • Experience uploading content to websites or online repositories, plus making updates as needed
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a careful approach to accuracy and version checking
  • Comfortable working through high volume, process driven tasks independently, while following QA steps and guidance
  • An eagerness to learn and get stuck into a key implementation project

About the Opportunity This is a temporary role based in Auckland CBD, starting ASAP. Our client is a large, global business and a pioneer in the FMCG industry.  You will be joining a complex and fast paced environment, working within a high performing team and servicing customers across the country to provide NZ with home essentials. What You’ll Bring We are seeking someone with SAP experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.Submit Production Tallies/ Distribution reports /Product Launches & Deletion Notices reports and updates on timeKeep systems running smoothly by logging and raising system issues, helping find solutions, and guiding the team on updatesMaintain accurate SAP data, including setting up new routes or product details that impact production and deliveryCreate and update SAP training guides as requiredProvide basic support to distribution and site teamsWork with suppliers and service providersAnalyze and maintain applications and dataEnsure contractual obligations and service level agreements are metSupport the team with additional tasks as neededWe are looking for someone who is comfortable with the following schedule:** Required to work weekend shifts every 5th and 6th week. E.g. Week 1 to Week 4 hours worked Mon to Fri, Week 5 & Week 6 hours worked Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat & Sun (Thu and Fri are Rostered days off) **Working hours can be between 8am and 5pm when covering NZ tasks and 10.30am – 7pm when covering AU tasks. This will be discussed in detail during interview. **Hybrid working – 3 days in the office Mon & Wed Compulsory and third day is chosen by employee. **Afterhours to be performed at least once a week but sometimes twice (This is due to only having a 6-person rotation to cover 7 days of afterhours) **When rostered on Afterhours, person will need to perform a task (NDD) at 9pm to 9:45pm.
