About the opportunity:
Our client is looking for a Senior OD & Capability Advisor to join their fabulous team on a 12-month fixed term / secondment basis. This is an exciting projects-focused role where you’ll have the opportunity to design and deliver initiatives that lift organisational capability and enable change.  Some of the key projects on the work agenda are:
  • Implementation of a new capability framework
  • Support the implementation of a potential new remuneration policy/framework
  • Culture work and potentially some Inclusion Strategy initiatives.
It’s a busy role, with lots of opportunity to add value, so we need someone who enjoys achieving outcomes, whilst bringing people on the journey.
You’ll be comfortable moving between discovery, design, delivery and embedding—bringing structure, momentum, and strong stakeholder management to multiple initiatives running in parallel.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in OD, capability, learning and/or organisational change (at senior advisor level)
  • Strong track record delivering project-based work in complex environments
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills—able to influence, facilitate and coach
  • A practical, delivery-oriented approach with strong written and verbal communication
