About the Opportunity
  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance requests across a busy property portfolio.
  • Receive requests from internal teams and coordinate with maintenance partners from start to finish.
  • Work closely with contractors, internal teams and residents to keep maintenance moving and issues resolved quickly.
  • Keep on top of deadlines, costs and quality standards to ensure a smooth experience for residents.
  • Bring strong organisation and communication to a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Play a key role in maintaining quality homes across Wellington and the South Island.

  • Clear, confident communicator who can work well with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple requests without dropping the ball.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Comfortable having tough conversations and pushing back when needed.

  • Team-focused and willing to pitch in, while following clear processes and procedures.

About You:
  • Experience across property, maintenance, facilities or similar environments is a strong advantage.
  • Confident working in a high-volume environment, juggling multiple tasks and keeping service delivery on track across different properties.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborative team player with strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly when things change.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
