- Manage planned and reactive maintenance requests across a busy property portfolio.
- Receive requests from internal teams and coordinate with maintenance partners from start to finish.
- Work closely with contractors, internal teams and residents to keep maintenance moving and issues resolved quickly.
- Keep on top of deadlines, costs and quality standards to ensure a smooth experience for residents.
- Bring strong organisation and communication to a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Play a key role in maintaining quality homes across Wellington and the South Island.
What You’ll Bring
- Clear, confident communicator who can work well with contractors and stakeholders.
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple requests without dropping the ball.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Comfortable having tough conversations and pushing back when needed.
- Practical problem-solver who stays calm and resilient when things get challenging.
- Team-focused and willing to pitch in, while following clear processes and procedures.
About You:
- Experience across property, maintenance, facilities or similar environments is a strong advantage.
- Confident working in a high-volume environment, juggling multiple tasks and keeping service delivery on track across different properties.
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and resolving issues before they escalate.
- Collaborative team player with strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly when things change.
- Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
