About the Opportunity
  • Join a stable and well-established organisation in a hands-on Operations Manager role, taking ownership of day-to-day operations across a large-scale, high-volume environment.
  • Lead a team of supervisors and operational staff, with responsibility for performance, service delivery, people management and daily operational requirements.
  • Oversee fleet availability and allocation, working closely with internal maintenance and support teams to ensure resources are available and operational requirements are met.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and performance data, identifying trends, implementing improvements and ensuring service, safety and compliance targets are consistently achieved.
  • Manage real-time operational challenges, from staffing and scheduling through to incidents, customer queries and unexpected changes, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
What You’ll Bring 
  •  Proven experience in operations, logistics, fleet management or another high-volume operational environment, with experience leading people and managing day-to-day service delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the confidence to manage performance, make decisions and take control in a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly organised and process-driven approach, with the ability to plan, prioritise competing demands and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with confidence interpreting KPIs, identifying trends and using data to drive improved operational outcomes.
  • Resilience and composure under pressure, combined with a hands-on approach and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
