Join a busy, enterprise environment delivering Workday outcomes across multiple high-profile programmes
Act as the conduit between business stakeholders and delivery teams—running workshops and shaping solutions
Lead Workday HCM workstreams from requirements through design, configuration and support
Drive testing, knowledge transfer and end-user training to ensure adoption and quality delivery
Initial 6-month contract with a strong pipeline of work and extension potential

What You’ll Bring

Proven Workday implementation experience in a client-facing consulting capacity
Workday certification/implementation capability in HCM Core and Compensation (must-have)
Experience leading requirements sessions and translating needs into practical Workday solutions
Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, with strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
Nice-to-have: Time Tracking and/or Absence (and any additional Workday certs)

Project Manager

About the Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing software business, leading customer-facing service implementation projects from pre-sales through to successful delivery. You’ll work across customers, Sales, Development and Support teams to scope, plan and deliver projects, manage risks and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for additional consulting and chargeable services. This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership across the full project lifecycle. What You’ll Bring You’ll bring 5+ years’ project management experience, ideally within technology, software implementation or customer-facing environments. You’ll be confident managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholders, while also being comfortable getting into the detail of requirements and delivery. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, alongside a commercially minded approach and the ability to work across different teams and business environments. Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies will be valuable.
