Experience managing budgets and coordinating activities within a manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environment would be highly advantageous. - Oversee the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Management services
- Managing operational performance, monitoring service delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Drive continuous improvement through effective supplier governance
What You’ll Bring

- Experience managing external service providers, contractors, or facilities management contracts.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or commercial environment.
- Sound understanding of contractor management, permit-to-work systems, and health & safety requirements.
- Strong budget management and cost-control skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A practical, collaborative approach with strong decision-making skills.
- A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to provide feedback and make decision
