- Lead ICT delivery for a major, high-profile national infrastructure programme
- Own the integrated programme plan across multiple technology workstreams
- Coordinate delivery partners including vendors, OEMs and specialist suppliers
- Drive outcomes across dependencies, changing requirements and complexity
- Ensure readiness for safe entry into service and operational transition
- 10+ years’ senior programme leadership in complex environments
- Strong governance, integrated planning, RAID and dependency management
- Vendor, procurement and contract management experience
- Budget ownership, forecasting, financial controls and change management
- Experience across infrastructure, systems integration, cybersecurity or similar
- High-profile programme with genuine national significance
- Opportunity to lead end-to-end IT delivery across major partners
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement and governance exposure
- A role suited to programme leaders who thrive in ambiguity and complexity
- Meaningful work across technology, infrastructure and operational readiness
