About the Opportunity
Ready for a digital role where you can make an impact from day one? We’re recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist for an established NZ residential developer, to join its close-knit marketing team on a fixed-term contract through to 30 June 2027. There are two exciting projects ready to go: a full website redevelopment with a new headless CMS, and a move to Qualtrics for customer feedback. This is a practical, collaborative role where you’ll work with experienced agency partners, help turn ideas into reality and keep digital activity humming.

• Support the new website and CMS rollout, including testing and stakeholder input.
• Help launch Qualtrics and run the ongoing customer feedback/NPS programme.
• Coordinate agencies across paid search, SEO and website improvements.
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud, EDMs, automation and performance reporting.

What You’ll Bring
You’re a hands-on digital all-rounder who enjoys variety, technology and working with people. You don’t need to be an expert in every system,  curiosity, initiative and solid fundamentals count.
• Practical experience across digital campaigns, paid media, SEO and analytics.
• Confidence with CRM, email marketing and digital platforms.
• Strong organisation, communication and agency/stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bonus points for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS projects or Qualtrics exposure.

What’s on Offer
• An immediate-start opportunity with high-profile projects and genuine ownership.
• Hybrid working: three office days in Penrose and two days from home.
• Learn from established digital agencies and work across modern marketing technology.
• Fixed term until 30 June 2027.

Next Steps?
To keep things simple, we ask that all applications are submitted through this advert. We’ll review applications as they come in and be in touch.

For any questions give Vic Jack a call on 021552550 and quote Job ID: 18791 for a confidential chat.
