- Join a large-scale, enterprise IT environment supporting critical services
- Deliver frontline support in a fast-paced, high-volume service desk
- Work with diverse users across multiple systems and technologies
- Be part of a collaborative, service-driven and customer-focused team
- Contribute to reliable, day-to-day technology operations
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, access, and connectivity
- Clear communication and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Competitive hourly rate with immediate start available
