About the Opportunity
- Join a unique, globally exporting manufacturing organisation modernising operations technology.
- Lead the next phase of manufacturing digitalisation, including new SCADA selection and rollout.
- Shape the OT applications roadmap across regulated, audit-ready environments (GxP-aligned).
- Own service performance: incidents, problems, patching, SLAs, vendors, and uptime.
- Build and embed a fit-for-purpose OT governance framework into BAU.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in regulated industries (pharma/food/energy/finance or similar).
- 5+ years in technology/OT leadership, building high-performing teams.
- Strong IT service operations capability (incident/problem/change/patch, vendor management).
- Experience delivering complex OT programmes (SCADA/MES desirable; PLC exposure valued).
- Knowledge of ITIL and/or GAMP preferred; excellent stakeholder leadership and communication.
