With an ambitious growth agenda and an increasing focus on commercial insight and data-led decision-making, the business is looking for an experienced Commercial Analyst to join its New Zealand team.
This is a high-impact Commercial Finance role partnering closely with senior Sales stakeholders across the Retail and On-Premise channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with Sales leaders across Retail and On-Premise to provide clear, actionable commercial insights
- Own forecasting, budgeting, S&OP inputs and regular performance reporting
- Analyse promotional spend, pricing, volume, margin and ROI to support better commercial decisions
- Translate financial and operational data into meaningful recommendations for the wider business
- Support customer reviews and contribute to commercial and business planning
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, systems, processes and ways of working
- Provide financial challenge and support to help drive profitable growth
What You’ll Bring
- CA / CPA qualification
- Experience within FMCG, retail, consumer goods or the beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience across pricing, promotions, margins, forecasting and performance analysis
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior non-finance stakeholders
- Confident turning complex data into clear commercial recommendations
- Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with continuous improvement
- Pragmatic, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced commercial environment
