Review and improve journals and supporting workpapers.
Ensure month-end workpapers are accurate and consistent.
Strengthen the month-end review and close process.
Monitor month-end progress and key deadlines.
Support the CFO with month-end oversight and delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Ideally you will be CA / CPA qualified or similar.
Experience working in a busy organisation with a focus on inventory would be an advantage.
Proven experience in a finance manager or similar role where you have taken the lead on month end and reviewed the work of others.
Experience in improving processes and systems and a continuous improvement mindset.
You will be a good communicator, able to work with a broad range of stakeholders across the business and within the finance team.
Your cool, calm and collected approach will be appreciated.
