About the Opportunity
  • Acton International is a NZ-owned, family business (est. 1978) with 100+ people, supplying 300+ products into 1,100+ stores nationwide.
  • B Corp certified in 2026 and shortlisted for Best Places to Work, Acton is focused on growth with purpose and a strong, values-led culture.
  • This is a newly created Brand Manager role, dedicated exclusively to Lee Kum Kee (LKK) in New Zealand.
  • You’ll own annual brand planning, activations, NPD and global product launches, plus performance reporting across P&L, share and principal KPIs.
  • The role partners closely with an international principal, translating global direction into locally relevant, customer-ready plans.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven FMCG Brand Manager experience (typically 3–5+ years), with confidence owning plans and delivery end-to-end.
  • Strong global NPD and launch capability, including disciplined project management and post-launch learning.
  • Commercial thinking and analytical strength across sales, market and category data, with sound judgement on what will work locally.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: able to influence Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and partners without relying on hierarchy.
  • Comfortable engaging with an international principal, setting healthy boundaries and challenging respectfully with evidence.
