Our client is the home of thoroughbred racing in New Zealand, and they're looking for an Executive Assistant to join their Ellerslie-based team.
This is a trusted, hands-on role supporting the CEO, working closely with the Board and Executive team, and playing an important part in keeping the wider office running smoothly.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the CEO's diary, communications and correspondence
- Preparing documents, presentations and information as required
- Supporting communication across the wider team
- Preparing, collating and distributing Board papers and taking meeting minutes using Diligent platform
- Chipping in around other areas of the office, as required
What You’ll Bring
You might already be an Executive Assistant or an experienced Personal Assistant looking to step into a role with greater exposure to senior leadership and the Board.

You'll ideally bring:
- Previous experience supporting a senior leader, executive team or Board
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence preparing documents, presentations and meeting papers
- Experience taking minutes, or the ability to pick this up quickly
- A calm, composed approach when things get busy
- Good technology skills and an openness to using new tools, including AI
- A genuine willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed
