- Join an exciting Architecture & Analysis team in a high-impact Senior BA role
- Lead structured discovery across complex, cross-business problem areas
- Translate ambiguity into decision-ready insights, options and roadmaps
- Design future-state services/processes that work in real operational settings
- 7+ years in senior BA, service design, process design/improvement or similar
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (GM/C-level) without authority
- Strong discovery skills: workshops, problem framing, root cause analysis
- Experience with process/service tools (BPMN, SIPOC, VSM, blueprints, journeys)
- Consulting background or operations-to-tech pathway welcomed
- $150k package and hybrid flexibility
- Opportunity to shape service design and discovery capability
