We’re looking for a commercially minded Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to play a key role in turning data into clear, actionable insight and helping drive stronger business performance.
This is a visible, influential position sitting at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations. You’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and S&OP while partnering across the business to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and support smarter commercial decisions.
You’ll be responsible for:
  • Leading annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
  • Owning and improving financial models, scenario planning and analysis
  • Driving the end-to-end S&OP process across Sales, Supply Chain and Operations
  • Providing pricing, margin, volume, customer and product profitability insights
  • Developing business cases and financial assessments for new opportunities
  • Improving reporting, data integrity, automation and decision-support tools
  • Presenting clear insights, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders

What You’ll Bring
You’ll be a strong commercial finance professional who is equally comfortable getting into the detail and stepping back to understand the bigger picture.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience across FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience
  • Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain environments
  • Experience with S&OP, demand planning or integrated business planning
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI capability
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence challenging stakeholders
  • The ability to translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations
