- Manage a portfolio of early-stage consumer finance arrears
- Contact customers via phone, email and SMS to resolve missed payments
- Negotiate payment arrangements and track customer commitments
- Work across secured and unsecured lending, including vehicle and personal loans
- Maintain accurate notes and follow a structured collections workflow
What You’ll Bring
- Pervious consumer finance collections experience is essential
- Confidence negotiating payment commitments and managing arrears
- Strong communication skills with a calm and professional approach
- Comfortable managing a busy portfolio within structured systems
- FinConnect, repossessions or PLA experience would be advantageous

- $35 per hour + 8% holiday pay
