About the Opportunity 
  • Temporary assignment from 4 November to 31 January, up to 32 hours per week.
  • Support the day-to-day facilities and operations of a busy retail property environment.
  • Coordinate maintenance, contractors, compliance and site services to keep things running smoothly.
  • Work closely with centre management, retailers and service providers across the site.
  • Support reporting, budgets, fit-outs and ongoing operational improvements.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven facilities, property or centre operations experience in a busy environment.
  • Strong contractor management skills across maintenance, security and site services.
  • Solid knowledge of H&S, compliance, risk management and emergency procedures.
  • Confident managing budgets, reporting and operational costs with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, organised communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders, retailers and contractors.
