- Join a well-known global organisation in a temporary Admin role with potential to go permanent.
- Support a busy customer service team with day-to-day administration, reporting, travel, meetings and team coordination.
- Keep things running smoothly by managing expenses, purchasing, maintenance requests and team events.
- Work closely with managers and the wider team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Monday to Friday, standard business hours, with an ASAP start.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous administration experience in a busy team environment.
- Highly organised, proactive and confident juggling multiple priorities at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; analytical skills are a bonus.
- A team-focused attitude, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership when needed.
What’s on Offer

- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, based near Auckland Airport
