- Join a large, well-established enterprise organisation with a complex hybrid estate
- Lead and evolve core platforms across Azure, on-prem infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and identity
- The key requirement is a candidate with the right calibre and leadership approach to unite the two teams and support our hybrid cloud strategy, with a strong emphasis on DevOps and Azure.
- Partner with information security, architecture and service delivery to drive operational excellence
- Balance strategic uplift with being hands-on for major incidents and complex platform challenges
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience bringing together IT Infrastructure + DevOps teams
- Strong hybrid platform background: Azure, networking, compute, storage, M365, IAM
- Deep appreciation for modern engineering practices: IaC, CI/CD, automation, observability
- Experience improving service reliability (incident/problem/change, DR, monitoring, runbooks)
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to set standards, prioritise and delegate outcomes
