What You’ll Bring

7+ years’ Business Analysis experience
Exposure to workforce management / payroll / rostering / employment conditions
Strong systems mindset: integration and data understanding
Confident in workshops, facilitation and navigating complex stakeholders
Ability to translate conflicting requirements into practical outcomes
