About the Opportunity
DebtManagers is a growing business that is changing the way debt recovery is approached across New Zealand and Australia.
The culture is fast-paced, collaborative and down-to-earth. Leaders are approachable, people are encouraged to take ownership, and there's a genuine appreciation for those who roll up their sleeves, challenge thinking and get things done.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on technical accounting, financial control and reporting. You'll play an important part in delivering existing priorities while helping the business progressively strengthen its financial processes, systems and governance.
What You’ll Bring
You'll be a technically strong, commercially aware individual who enjoys being close to the detail while also bringing the confidence and leadership capability to guide a team.
You may be a Senior Manager from a Big Four or mid-tier accounting firm looking to move industry, or an experienced Financial Reporting Manager or Finance Manager who has worked within a growing, evolving business.
Most importantly, you're someone who is comfortable operating in an environment where not everything is perfectly structured. You're pragmatic, adaptable and willing to make decisions, find solutions and bring others along with you.
