- Community engagement: plan and deliver grassroots community events that bring customers and external partners together (think practical, high-impact events in community settings).
- Stakeholder / government relations support: help build and maintain relationships with key external agencies and stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.
- External communications & content: create clear, customer-friendly communications across channels (including website content such as stories/video content), and develop sales/enablement collateral for a client-facing team (pitch decks, promotional materials, messaging).
- Support stakeholder/government engagement in a regulated environment, plus keep a watching brief on feedback/sentiment and flag issues early.
- Contribute to the development & execution marketing activities (including social media posting, scheduling and community management) in line with the marketing and social media plans.
What You’ll Bring Strong background in communications / marcomms / engagement, with a track record of delivering as well as advising.
- Confidence working across B2C and B2B audiences, adapting tone and messaging without losing clarity.
- Proven ability to run events and engagement initiatives end-to-end (planning, stakeholders, suppliers, comms, on-the-day delivery).
- Excellent writing and content skills-able to produce customer-friendly comms, web content, and sharp stakeholder-ready materials.
- Stakeholder maturity and sound judgement; exposure to regulated sectors.
- No ego, team player who is highly organised, and willing to roll up your sleeves in a fast-moving environment.
