- Lead end-to-end delivery across a large Operations digital portfolio
- Partner with senior leaders to shape roadmap, priorities, and outcomes
- Drive delivery health, reporting, governance, and benefits realisation
- Coach and lead a team of PMs/BAs in a fast-paced, regulated setting
What You’ll Bring
- 8–10+ years in project/programme delivery leadership (portfolio level)
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Confidence with governance, budgeting, risks/issues/dependencies
- Ability to blend delivery methods (agile/hybrid) pragmatically
- Proven people leadership: coaching, performance, capability building
